丙泊酚联合地佐辛在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果

Anesthetic Effect of Propofol Combined with Dizoxine in Painless Gastroscopy

目的对比无痛胃镜检查中不同麻醉药物的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军福州总医院收治的90例无痛胃镜检查患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各45例。单一麻醉组用丙泊酚麻醉,联合麻醉组采用丙泊酚联合地佐辛麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果。结果联合麻醉组效果高于单一麻醉组(P<0.05);联合麻醉组体动、呛咳等的发生率低于单一麻醉组(P<0.05);联合麻醉组丙泊酚的平均用量、睫毛反射消失的时间、清醒的时间、平均胃镜检查的时间低于单一麻醉组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚加地佐辛麻醉在无痛胃镜检查麻醉中的效果优于丙泊酚单药。

Objective To compare the effect of different anesthetics in painless gastroscopy.Methods Ninety patients with painless gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases each.The single anesthesia group was anesthetized with propofol,and the combined anesthesia group was anesthetized with propofol and dizocin.The anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The effect of combined anesthesia group was higher than that of single anesthesia group(P<0.05).The incidence of body movement and cough in the combined anesthesia group was lower than that in the single anesthesia group(P<0.05).The average dose of propofol,the time of disappearance of eyelash reflex,the time of awake and the average time of gastroscopy in the combined anesthesia group were lower than those in the single anesthesia group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of propofol plus dizocin anesthesia in painless gastroscopy is better than that of propofol alone.
