呼吸内科住院患者肺部真菌感染分析与预防

Analysis and Prevention of Pulmonary Fungal Infection in Inpatients with Respiratory Medicine

目的 探讨呼吸内科住院患者肺部真菌感染的情况与预防措施。方法 选取2016年8月至2017年8月四川都江堰市人民医院收治的呼吸内科住院患者肺部真菌感染共计26例作为研究组,分析其肺部真菌感染的具体情况,并探讨预防措施。结果 两患者肺部真菌感染中白色假丝酵母菌感染16例,占比61.54%;曲霉菌感染7例,占比26.92%;其他3例,占比11.54%。结论 肺部真菌感染与诸多因素相关,对于出现真菌感染的患者应进行准确诊断,并采取及时的对症治疗。

Objective To investigate the pulmonary fungal infection and its prevention in inpatients with respiratory medicine.Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,26 inpatients with pulmonary fungal infection in Department of Respiratory Medicine were selected as the study group.The specific situation of pulmonary fungal infection was analyzed and the preventive measures were discussed.Results There were 16 cases(61.54%)of Candida albicans infection,7 cases(26.92%)of Aspergillus infection,and other infection in 3 cases(11.54%).Conclusion Pulmonary fungal infection is related to many factors.Patients with fungal infection should be diagnosed accurately and timely treated.
