现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modern Rehabilitation Training Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture on Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的 观察现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年1月大庆市人民医院收治的78例小儿脑瘫患者,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组采用现代康复训练的患者为,观察组采取现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.44%,对照组治疗总有效率82.05%。观察组患者的脑部血液循环情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫患者具有较好的临床效果,提高患者运行能力、改善患者脑内的血流情况。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modern rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 78 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups,39 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with modern rehabilitation training and the observation group were treated with modern rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.44%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.05%.The blood circulation of the brain in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modern rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment of children with cerebral palsy has a good clinical effect,improve the patient's ability to operate,improve the blood flow in the patient's brain.
