瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产切口位置选择研究与分析

Research and Analysis on Location Selection of Cesarean Section in Scar Uterus

目的 研究瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产切口位置的选择。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年6月滨海县康达医院接诊的30例瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分成A组和B组,各15例。A组选择瘢痕上组织2 cm部位作切口,B组选择瘢痕下组织2 cm部位作切口。分析两组的手术情况,比较产后出血发生率等指标。结果 A组的手术时间短于B组(P <0.05)。A组的术中出血量少于B组(P <0.05)。A组的产后出血发生率为0,低于B组(33.33%,P <0.05)。结论 对于瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产者,选择瘢痕组织上2 cm部位作切口,能够显著缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低产后出血发生率,建议采纳。

Objective To study the location of scar uterus incision for cesarean section.Methods A total of 30 patients with cesarean section of scar uterus receiving treatment in our hospital from January,2016 to June,2018 were taken as the study subjects,and divided into two group A and group B by random number table,15 cases each.In group A,2 cm above the scar tissue was selected for incision,and in group B,2 cm below the scar tissue was selected for incision.The surgical conditions of the two groups were analyzed and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was compared.Results The operative time of group A shorter than that of group B(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of group A less than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 0 in group A,lower than that in group B(33.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with scar uterine cesarean section,an incision of 2 cm above the scar tissue can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding.
