癌痛-压力性损伤规范化管理在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用

Application Effect of Standardized Management of Cancer Pain and Stress Injury in Nursing of Malignant Tumor Patients

目的 观察癌痛-压力性损伤规范化管理在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年12月重庆市巫山县人民医院进行恶性肿瘤治疗的患者60例。随机对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组在本次调查中采用的护理方式为常规护理。实验组在本次调查中采用的护理方式为癌痛-压力性损伤规范化管理。分析对照组和实验组护理效果。结果 对照组护理满意率、患者剪切力、移动能力、活动能力评分结果均显著低于实验组(P <0.05);对照组压力性损伤发生率高于实验组(P <0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤护理中可采用癌痛-压力性损规范化管理,临床护理效果显著。

Objective To observe the application effect of standardized management of cancer pain-stress injury in the nursing of patients with malignant tumors.Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumors treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The case control group and experimental group were randomly selected in this study,with 30 patients in each group.The control group in this survey adopted the nursing method for routine nursing.The nursing method of the experimental group in this survey was standardized management of cancer pain and stress injury.The nursing effect of control group and experimental group was analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction rate,shear force,mobility and activity ability scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).The incidence of stress injury in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cancer painstress loss standardized management is effective and can be used in malignant tumors nursing.
