快速康复外科护理模式在单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者围术期护理中的应用

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Mode in Perioperative Nursing of Patients Undergoing Single-Hole Thoracoscopic Lobectomy

目的 观察快速康复外科护理模式在单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年9月至2018年8月在北大医疗鲁中医院接受单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者65例,随机分为对照组35例及观察组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用快速康复外科护理模式,统计两组患者的临床指标、并发症发生情况,综合评价两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者的临床指标均高于对照组,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 通过快速康复外科护理模式对单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者进行围术期护理,可以有效改善患者临床指标、降低患者并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing model in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods Sixty-five patients received perioperative nursing in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode,the patients in the observation group were treated with the nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The clinical indices and complications of the two groups were compared,and the nursing effect was evaluated synthetically.Results The clinical indexes of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing single hole thoracoscopic lobectomy can effectively improve the clinical indexes and reduce the incidence of complications through the nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery.
