Library Service Transformation under the Big Data Environment

大数据环境下,社会信息资源的呈现方式、传播渠道、运用环境均发生了巨大的变化。图书馆作为社会信息服务节点之一,大数据环境是促进其对自身资源和服务进行整合、变革的良好机遇。文章从大数据环境对图书馆的挑战出发,分析大数据环境下的用户特点和对馆员能力的新要求,提出图书馆应从创新服务内容与形式、创新服务理念、创新人才培养理念入手,助推图书馆服务转型。

In big data environment,the presentation of social information resources,communication channels and using environment have been greatly changed.Library,as one of the social information service nodes,big data environment has promoted the integration of its own resources and services and the good opportunity for change.From the challenges of large data environment on the library,this article analyses the characteristics like large demand of the user s present extensive in big data environment,property diversification,service efficiency and interactivity,tendency to new means of service and the ability to all capability librarians,and points out that the current library should be transformed from innovation service content and form,service idea,and personnel training,in order to promote the library service transformation.
