There is a close relationship between book collection and personnel training,which promote each other and complement each other.This article demonstrates the influence of the collection of books in Huizhou on the training of Huizhou Jinshi and the contribution of the works by Huizhou Jinshi on the collection of Huizhou books through the history of private collections in Huizhou,the relationship between the number of book collectors and the number of Jinshis admitted through the imperial examination and the influence of the books of Huizhou Jinshis written on the sources of collections of book collectors.
