Research on Online Education Cooperation Mode between Chinese and Russian Universities under "the Belt and Road" Initiative

文章分析了"一带一路"倡议对中俄两国在线教育合作的影响,探讨了"一带一路"倡议下,中俄高校在线教育合作模式的新路径。通过梳理当前中俄高校在线教育合作的原因,从政府-企业-高校三个层面分析并提出高校在线教育合作的新模式,为高校在线教育明确目标、完善措施,以满足"一带一路"沿线国家在发展过程中对复合型人才的需求。

This paper analyzes the impact of the "Belt and Road" initiative on online education cooperation between China and Russia,and explores the new path of online education cooperation mode between Chinese and Russian universities under the "Belt and Road" initiative.By combing the current reasons of online education cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities,this paper analyzes and proposes a new mode of online education cooperation from the three levels of government-enterprise-university,and sets clear goals and measures for online education in colleges and universities to meet the countries along the "Belt and Road".The demand for compound talents in the development process.
