摘要
通过对桂林H高校辅导员的问卷调查,分析影响辅导员工作满意度的四个因素--薪酬福利、职业发展、工作职责、考核制度。进一步采用相关分析和回归分析法,发现薪酬福利、工作职责、职业发展与辅导员工作满意度相关性显著。
Based on the questionnaire survey of H college counselors in guilin,this paper analyzes the four factors that influence counselors’ job satisfaction--salary and welfare,career development,job responsibilities,and assessment system.Further using correlation analysis and regression analysis,it was found that salary and welfare,job responsibilities,career development and counselors’ job satisfaction were significantly correlated.
