发挥教师党员在师德建设中的先锋模范作用

Giving Full Play to the Pioneer and Exemplary Role of Teachers and Party Members in the Construction of Teachers’ Ethics

教师党员不仅是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,也是加强师德师风建设的重要力量。文章从师德师风建设与教师党员先锋模范的有机结合入手,提出发挥教师党员在师德建设中的先锋模范作用以及将工匠精神融入"四有"师德建设内涵中的一些举措。

Teacher Party member is not only an important part of the Party building in colleges and universities,but also an important force to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality and style of teaching.Starting from the organic combination of the construction of teachers’ ethics and the style of teachers and the pioneers’ models of party members,this paper puts forward some measures to give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of teachers and party members in the construction of teachers’ ethics and to integrate the spirit of craftsmen into the connotation of the construction of teachers’ ethics.
