开展教工/研究生党支部联合共建是增强研究生党支部战斗力和凝聚力、发挥导师在研究生德育思政教育中育人作用的重要平台。本文尝试从组织形式、活动内容以及实现方式等方面探索教工/研究生党支部联合共建实现路径,为更好发挥研究生党支部战斗堡垒作用提供借鉴。

The joint construction of the teaching staff/graduate’s party branches is an important platform to enhance the combat force and cohesion of the graduate party branch.At the same time,it can give full play to the role of the supervisor in the education of moral education,ideological and political education for graduate students.This paper attempts to explore the path of joint construction of the teaching staff/graduate’s party branches from the aspects of organizational form,activity content and realization method,so as to provide reference for the better play of the role of the combat fortress of the graduate’s party branch.
