刍议“双一流”视域下的党员学生干部队伍建设

Discuss on the Construction of the Communists of Student Cadres Team from the Perspective of "Double First-Class"

学生干部是学生和老师之间的桥梁和纽带,党员学生干部更是榜样、标杆,目前价值多元前提下学生工作方式落后,个别学生干部急功近利,动机不纯,思维不够开阔,缺乏创新。本文探讨党员学生干部能力的四个方面及相互关系,坚持"四心""三贴近""五位一体"等措施,充分利用网络新媒体,切实有效提高学生干部的能力,共同做好新形势下高等学校的学生工作。

Student cadres are the bridge and link between students and teachers.The Communists of Student Cadres Team are the role models and examples.At present,under the premise of multiple values,students’working methods are backward and some student cadres are eager for quick success and instant benefit without pure motives,open thinking and innovation.This paper explores the four aspects of the ability the communists of student cadres and their mutual relations.We adhere to the measures of"four hearts","three closeness"and"five in one"and make full use of the new network media,so as to effectively improve the capability of student cadres and do a good job of student work together in Colleges and Universities under the new situation.
