随着应用技术类型高等学校的加速转型,论文以电工电子实训这门课程改革为成功转型案例入手,在阐述了现状分析和改革的必要性的基础上,提出了操作性较强的改革措施,实现了"精准"过程化考核。同时利用闭环效应,通过考核方式方法的改革丰富了教学实训项目,提升了教学管理的效率。

With the accelerated transformation of applied technology-type colleges and universities,the paper starts with the reform of electrician and electronic training course as a successful transformation case.On the basis of expounding the necessity of reform and the analysis of current situation,it puts forward the operability.The reform measures have achieved a"accurate"process assessment.At the same time,using the closed-loop effect,the reform of the assessment method has enriched the teaching and training programs and improved the efficiency of teaching management.
