Construction and Implementation of the "Five in One" University Freshmen Pilot Assistance System

当前,高校新生中存在环境适应力较差、深造缺乏主动性等现象,本文从新生适应性教育入手,将思想政治教育、日常管理、职业规划等有机融合在一起,探索建立并实施了"五位一体"大学新生领航帮扶体系,有效地提升了学生的综合素质,使之成为社会所需要的应用型人才。

At present,there are some phenomena such as poor environmental adaptability and lack of initiative in further study among college freshmen.Starting from the adaptive education of freshmen,this paper combines ideological and political education,daily management and career planning,explores the establishment and implementation of the"five in one"navigation assistance system for college freshmen,which effectively improves the comprehensive quality of students and makes them the social needs.Applied talents are needed.
