随着大学教育的日益普及,大学教师的职责与价值成为社会关注的焦点,学生心目中的好老师应是兼具教学技术与教学艺术的老师。因此,要成为一名优秀教师,教师应首先明确师之为师的宗旨和内涵并着重发展个人的教学能力,做到因材施教。与此同时,培养学生的文化自信也应成为教学特别是外语教学的目的之一。简言之,教师应不断地内修自省以在完善自我的同时实现更好地教书育人。
