Summary of Academic Conference on Frontier Issues of Anti-Monopoly Law in Internet Field in 2019

随着“互联网+”行动成为国家发展战略,互联网与实体经济的融合逐步深化。广泛应用的大数据资源、如火如荼的平台经济、日新月异的人工智能及算法技术等新技术和新业态均给反垄断法实施带来巨大挑战。为此,西南政法大学经济法学院、竞争法研究中心主任叶明教授主办了主题为“互联网领域反垄断法前沿问题”学术研讨会,专家、学者们围绕“创新、知识产权与反垄断法”“算法、人工智能与反垄断法”“平台、大数据与反垄断法”“互联网领域其他反垄断法前沿问题”四个议题进行深入探讨,对深化我国互联网领域反垄断法理论研究、完善反垄断法实施均有重要意义。

With the"internet+"action becoming national development str ategy,the integration of internet and real economy has gradually deepened.Platform economy,artificial intelligence and algorithm technology are developing rapidly with the extensive use of big data resources.However,these new technologies and new economic forms bring great challenges to the implementation of anti-monopoly law.In this regard,Professor Ye Ming,Director of Research Center of Competition Law in School of Economics and Law hosted an academic conference on"Frontier Issues of Anti-monopoly Law in Internet Field".Experts and scholars have conducted deep discussions on following issues including"innovation,intellectual property and anti-monopoly law","algorithms,artificial intelligence and antimonopoly law","platform,big data and anti-monopoly law","oth er frontier issues of anti-monopoly law in internet field".These studies are of great significance for deepening theoretical research of anti-monopoly law in internet field and improving implementation of anti-monopoly law.
