SPOC混合式教学模式构建——以“管理信息系统”课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 民办院校的办学性质、生源特点和当前面临的问题决定了民办院校必须尽快完成转型发展,提高教学质量,培养学生的创新、创业能力。SPOC+实体课堂的教学模式融合了在线课堂和实体课堂的优势,改变了传统的“以教师讲解为主”的填鸭式教学模式向“以学生为主体+以教师为引导”的教学模式的转变。通过“管理信息系统”课程的对照教学,验证了该种教学模式在提高学生学习兴趣、成绩,培养学生自主学习意识、习惯,开发创新、创业能力等方面具有一定效果,在培养学生创新意识、创新能力、团队合作、沟通能力等方面有显著作用,值得广大教育者深入研究和实践。 The nature of private colleges and universities,characteristics of students and problems they are facing at present determine that private colleges and universities must complete transformation and development as soon as possible,improve teaching quality,and cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship.The teaching mode of SPOC+entity classroom integrates the advantages of online classroom and entity classroom,changes traditional cramming teaching mode of“giving priority to teacher’s explanation”,and changes to the teaching mode of“taking students as the main body+teachers as the guide”.Through comparative teaching of“management information system”course,it is verified that this teaching mode has certain effect in improving students’learning interest,achievement,cultivating students’self-learning consciousness,habit,developing innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and in cultivating students’innovative consciousness,teamwork and communication ability,which is worthy of further study and practice by educators.
