摘要
应用型本科院校要适应社会经济产业的转型发展,提升教师人才队伍培养质量和社会服务能力,必须深入研究推进应用型本科教育产教融合和校企合作的发展模式和有效途径。对应用型本科院校在产教融合背景下教师专业服务能力内涵进行阐述,对教师社会服务能力的培养条件及路径进行深入探讨,包括职业培养、校企合作、制度建设等措施,采用多种培养途径,共同提升教师的社会服务能力。
In order to adapt to the transformation and development of social and economic industries,improve the quality of teacher training and social service ability,application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities must deeply study the development mode and effective ways of promoting the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation of application-oriented undergraduate education.It expounds the connotation of teachers’professional service ability in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of integration of production and education,and probes into the conditions and paths for training teachers’social service ability,including vocational training,school-enterprise cooperation,system construction and other measures,and adopts various training approaches to jointly improve teachers’social service ability.
