个性化学习视角下的高校复合型人才培养模式研究

个性化学习本着“因材施教”的思想,让每个大学生都能获得良好的个性化学习体验。高校培养复合型人才的目的主要有以下几方面,即:拓宽专业知识领域,复合型人才要加强对多学科知识的理解,提高自身思维能力,强化理论与实际之间的联系。提高个人能力,复合型人才应具备强烈的社会责任感、高尚的思想道德素质、自信的品格、乐观的精神世界和强烈的创新意识。形成文化自觉,高校应该注重文化的发展和创新,要形成复合型人才特有的内涵发展思路。提出了个性化视角下高校复合型人才的培养方式,如:转变思想观念,打破传统学科之间的界限,重视实验学习和实践能力考核,培养出理论知识、实践能力、创新能力都较为突出的复合型人才。加强教师队伍的培养,派教师参加国内外人才培训会议,让高校教师有机会接触到先进的人才培养思想。建立合作教学模式,打造集教科研为一体的合作办学模式,建设实习基地,参加项目建设。为社会需求服务。对教学课程体系进行科学配置,不断更新人才培养机制,让学生能够将知识转化成生产力。
