个性化学习视角下的高校复合型人才培养模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 个性化学习本着“因材施教”的思想,让每个大学生都能获得良好的个性化学习体验。高校培养复合型人才的目的主要有以下几方面,即:拓宽专业知识领域,复合型人才要加强对多学科知识的理解,提高自身思维能力,强化理论与实际之间的联系。提高个人能力,复合型人才应具备强烈的社会责任感、高尚的思想道德素质、自信的品格、乐观的精神世界和强烈的创新意识。形成文化自觉,高校应该注重文化的发展和创新,要形成复合型人才特有的内涵发展思路。提出了个性化视角下高校复合型人才的培养方式,如:转变思想观念,打破传统学科之间的界限,重视实验学习和实践能力考核,培养出理论知识、实践能力、创新能力都较为突出的复合型人才。加强教师队伍的培养,派教师参加国内外人才培训会议,让高校教师有机会接触到先进的人才培养思想。建立合作教学模式,打造集教科研为一体的合作办学模式,建设实习基地,参加项目建设。为社会需求服务。对教学课程体系进行科学配置,不断更新人才培养机制,让学生能够将知识转化成生产力。 Individualized learning is based on the idea of“teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”,so that each college student can get a good personalized learning experience.The purpose of cultivating compound talents is mainly to broaden the field of professional knowledge.Compound talents should strengthen their understanding of multidisciplinary knowledge,improve their thinking ability,and strengthen the connection between theory and practice.Improve personal ability.Compound talents should have strong sense of social responsibility,noble ideological and moral quality,self-confident character,optimistic spiritual world and strong innovative consciousness.Form cultural consciousness.Colleges should pay attention to the development and innovation of culture,and form unique connotation development ideas of compound talents.It puts forward cultivation mode of compound talents from the perspective of individuation,that is,to change ideas and concepts.We should break boundaries between traditional disciplines,pay attention to the assessment of experimental learning and practical ability,and cultivate compound talents with outstanding theoretical knowledge,practical ability and innovative ability.Strengthen the training of teachers.Teachers are sent to attend training conferences at home and abroad,so that university teachers have an opportunity to get in touch with advanced talent training ideas.Establish cooperative teaching mode.We will build a cooperative school-running model that integrates teaching and research,build practice bases and participate in project construction.Serve the social needs.We should scientifically allocate teaching curriculum system and constantly update personnel training mechanism so that students can transform knowledge into productivity.
