概述了地理学科专业野外实践教学的意义,表现在能够为国家培养具有实践性及专业性的地理人才,对为国家和社会源源不断地输入建设性人才具有重要意义。分析了野外实践教学存在的问题。在政策方面,国家在地理科学专业野外实践教学方面的重视力度不够,除经费紧张外,还缺乏能够带队的科研教师。在学校方面,没有明确的规章制度对野外实践学习学分进行认定,很多学校野外实践教师资源匮乏,野外实践教学只是走形式,校方关于学生与教师的人身安全保障体系不完善,缺少相应的管理措施与应急预案。在师生方面,缺少专业性教师,很难保证实践教学的准确性与科学性,学生在进行野外实践前未做好前期准备,不能很好地应对一些突发事件。阐述了野外实践教学的优化对策,在政策方面,加大地理科学专业野外实践教学的经费投入,健全相应的考察与监督体系。在学校方面,优化学分认定,适当提高绩点的百分比,面向社会招聘优秀教师,通过薪资补助、政策优惠等方式提高教师教学积极性。在师生方面,要保证教师野外教学的专业性,强化教师的责任意识,学生要明白野外学习的重要性,在野外实践前做好充分准备,听从教师安排,完成学习任务。

This paper summarizes the significance of field practice teaching of geography specialty,which can train practical and professional geographical talents for the country and has great significance for continuously importing constructive talents for the country and society.The problems in field practice teaching are analyzed.In terms of policy,the government does not attach enough importance to field practice teaching of geographic science specialty.Besides the shortage of funds,there is also a lack of scientific research teachers who can lead the team.In schools,there are no clear rules and regulations to identify the field practice learning credits.Many schools lack resources for field practice teachers.Field practice teaching only takes the form.The school’s personal safety guarantee system for students and teachers is not perfect,and there is a lack of corresponding management measures and emergency plans.In terms of teachers and students,the lack of professional teachers makes it difficult to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of practical teaching.Students are not ready for the field practice and can not cope with some emergencies well.It expounds the optimization countermeasures of field practice teaching,and in terms of policy,enlarges the investment in field practice teaching of geography specialty,and improves the corresponding inspection and supervision system.In school,we should optimize credit recognition,properly increase the percentage of achievement points,recruit excellent teachers for the society,and improve teachers’teaching enthusiasm through salary subsidies and preferential policies.In terms of teachers and students,we should ensure the professionalism of teachers’field teaching and strengthen teachers’sense of responsibility.Students should understand the importance of field learning,make full preparations before field practice,obey teachers’arrangements and complete learning tasks.
