摘要
采用整体抽样调查法对高职护理专业教学方法进行探究,研究结果表明,学生认为开展护理技能大赛对于提升自身护理技能具有积极作用,并普遍认为指导教师需要改进教学方法和教学理念。参赛学生还具有较高的自我提升需求,希望加强护理沟通,提高互利合作精神,加强护理人文关怀等。提出高职护理专业教学方法改进策略。注重引用临床案例,可以有效弥补单调的护理操作形式,引导学生结合护理实践知识,不断提升护理实践技能。以标准化病人代替模拟人,学生对于标准化病人的需求量较大,模拟人体现不了学生的人文护理和人文关怀,标准化病人更能训练到学生的护理实践能力。加强高职护理实验室建设,建立标准化病房,将临床见习设置到实验室护理环节中,让学生更多地接触标准化病人,能够在实际临床工作中提升护理实践技能。
The holistic sampling survey method was used to explore the teaching methods of nursing specialty.The results showed that the students believed that carrying out nursing skills contest had a positive effect on improving their nursing skills.It was generally believed that the instructor needed to improve teaching methods and teaching concepts,and that the participating students also had a higher self-improvement.We hope to strengthen nursing communication,enhance the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation,and strengthen nursing humanistic care.To put forward the strategies for improving the teaching methods of nursing specialty,i.e.focusing on citing clinical cases,it can effectively make up for the monotonous nursing operation forms,guide students to combine nursing practice knowledge and constantly improve nursing practice skills;replace the simulated person with standardized patients,students demand more standardized patients.The simulated human body can not show the humanistic nursing and humanistic care of students,standardized patients can better train the students’nursing practice ability;strengthen the construction of nursing laboratories,establish standardized wards,and set clinical probation in laboratory nursing links,so that students can have more contact with standardized patients,and can improve nursing practice skills in bed work.
