“互联网+”时代高校图书馆的建设与发展

Construction and development of university libraries in the age of “Internet +”

“互联网+”时代,高校图书馆迎来了新的发展机遇,实现了对物理空间与网络空间的合理利用,能够对高校图书馆中的各项文献资源进行有效整合,构建出了序列化的文献资源体系,避免高校图书馆出现资源重复开发、重复购买的问题。但也面临很多挑战,尚未构建一个健全的大数据整合平台,在体验空间的要求上仍无法达到读者的使用标准,高校图书馆本身还会受到资金、馆藏能力等诸多因素的限制,丰富的网络资源会在某种程度上对传统的图书馆信息资源起到了替代作用。“互联网+”时代高校图书馆的建设与发展主要包括以下几方面,如:对读者需求进行精准定位,实现精准化服务;构建数字资源数据库,提高高校图书馆信息资源的利用率;完善高校图书馆的管理机制,根据读者的想法对高校图书馆的评估体系进行完善;做好高校图书馆信息资源的安全保障,利用防火墙技术和入侵检测技术对非法入侵行为进行阻挡,进一步保证信息资源的安全性。

In the era of Internet+,university libraries are facing new opportunities for development,that is,the rational utilization of physical space and cyberspace,the effective integration of various literature resources,the construction of a serialized literature resources system,and the avoidance of duplicate development of resources.But it also faces many challenges,it has not yet built a sound platform for large data integration,and still can not meet user’s standard in terms of experience space.University libraries themselves will be limited by many factors,such as funds,collection capacity and so on.Rich network resources will affect traditional library information.Resources play an alternative role.The construction and development of university libraries in the era of“Internet+”mainly includes the following aspects:precise positioning of readers’needs and precise service.Construct digital resource database and improve the utilization rate of information resources.Improve the management mechanism,and improve the evaluation system according to ideas of readers.To ensure the security of information resources,we should use firewall technology and intrusion detection technology to block illegal intrusions and further ensure the security of information resources.
