科研院所业财融合探析

随着我国经济体制不断深化改革以及事业单位改革的不断推进,面临着财政补助收入减少、减税降费、科研经费管理更加严格等方面的新挑战。在大数据、信息化、云计算的时代背景下,推进业务财务一体化,使其深度融合积极参与改革、创新管理模式是当下的一项重要工作。主要分析了科研院所业财融合体系建设的重点及难点,提出在实践工作中推进业财融合理论体系建设的对策。

With the deepening reform of China’s economic system and the continuous advancement of the reform of public institutions,we are facing new challenges such as the reduction of revenue from financial subsidies,the reduction of taxes and fees,and the stricter management of scientific research funds.In the era of big data,information and cloud computing,it is an important task to promote business and financial integration,make it deeply integrated and actively participate in the reform and innovation of management mode.It mainly analyses the key points and difficulties in the construction of industry-finance integration system in scientific research institutes,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote construction of industry-finance integration theory system in practical work.
