使用专利中药处方治疗一例巨大型肛周尖锐湿疣

A case study of giant perianal condyloma acuminatum treated by patent Chinese medicine prescription

目的探讨专利中药处方外洗治疗巨大型尖锐湿疣治疗的新方法。方法以2017年6月南京优嘉病毒疣医学研究所诊治的1例肛周巨大型尖锐湿疣治疗案例作为研究对象。采用获得专利的中药制剂,给予患者以1周为1个疗程的治疗观察并记录转归。结果患者男性,52岁,发生肛周赘生物0.5年。体检:肛门口覆盖前后径165mm,左右径113mm菜花状皮损,经病理确诊为尖锐湿疣。3周治疗后皮损仅剩余前后径30mm,左右径16mm。第8周复诊,皮损完全脱落,表皮恢复正常。结论专利中药处方外洗为巨大型尖锐湿疣治疗开拓了一个新的治疗方法。

Objective To explore new methods for the treatment of giant perianal condyloma acuminatum.Methods A case of giant perianal condyloma acuminatum diagnosed and treated at Nanjing Youjia Medical Research Institute of Viral Wart in June 2017 was selected.The patient was treated and observed with a course of treatment of a week and the outcome was recorded.Results The male patient was 52 years old,with perianal neoplasia for 6 months.After physical examination,it was found that the anus was covered with 165mm anterior-posterior diameter,and 113mm left-right diameter cauliflower-like skin lesions,which were pathologically diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum.After 3 weeks of treatment,only 30mm anterior-posterior diameter and 16mm left-right diameter were left in the lesions.At the 8 th week,the skin lesions were completely exfoliated and the epidermis returned to normal.Conclusions Patent Chinese medicine prescription can be regarded as a new method for the treatment of giant condyloma acuminatum.
