西瓜藤蔓材料化利用研究进展

Research progress of material utilization about watermelon cirrus

西瓜是一种生活中常见的、营养丰富的园艺作物,广泛种植于世界各地。西瓜藤蔓是西瓜生产中的副产品,其生物质含量高,具有丰富的粗纤维、蛋白质、维生素C等营养成分以及多糖、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、生物碱和甾体等较复杂的化学成分。目前,国内外对西瓜藤蔓资源的利用率低,技术不成熟,加工处理的方式较少,大量的西瓜藤蔓被废弃,不但污染环境,而且浪费资源。主要论述了西瓜藤蔓的成分及利用价值、西瓜藤蔓的利用方式以及对如何有效解决和综合利用西瓜藤蔓作出展望。其中,重点介绍了西瓜藤蔓在还田生产、饲料加工、新型复合材料以及能源化利用等4种常见的利用方式,旨在为西瓜藤蔓资源化利用提供借鉴。

Watermelon is a common,nutritious horticultural crop that is widely grown all over the world.As a by-product of the watermelon production,watermelon vines has high biomass content,rich in crude fiber,protein,vitamin C and other nutrients,as well as complex chemical components such as polysaccharides,organic acids,saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids and steroids.At present,the utilization rate of watermelon cirrus resources is low at home and abroad,the technology is immature,and the processing and treatment methods are less.A large number of watermelon vines are discarded,which not only pollutes the environment,but also wastes resources.This paper mainly discusses the composition and utilization value of watermelon vines,the utilization of watermelon vines and the prospect of how to effectively solve and comprehensively utilize watermelon vines.Among them,the four common utilization methods of watermelon vines in returning production,feed processing,new composite materials and energy utilization are introduced,aiming at providing reference for the utilization of watermelon vines.
