摘要
为研究西瓜育种材料果实性状品种间相似度和遗传多样性,对154份西瓜育种材料的14个果实性状指标进行变异分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析。结果表明,14个果实性状的Shannon多样性指数变化范围1.12~2.04,平均值为1.71,变异系数范围为8.42%~62.51%,其平均值为28.38%;对西瓜果实性状进行主成分分析,可将8个数量性状指标归为4个主成分,其累积贡献率为83.78%。聚类分析结果表明,当取欧氏距离阈值为32.89时,供试西瓜材料可分为4大类群。上述研究结果表明,西瓜育种材料果实性状具有较为丰富的多样性表现,这对于西瓜品种鉴定、种质创新和杂交育种亲本选配具有重要的应用价值。
In order to study the similarity and genetic diversity of fruit traits of watermelon breeding materials,the variation analysis,principal component analysis and clustering analysis of 14 fruit related traits were investigated for 154 watermelon breeding materials.The results show that the Shannon diversity index of 14 fruit traits varied from 1.12 to 2.04,with an average of 1.71,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 8.42%to 62.51%,with an average of 28.38%.Principal component analysis suggested that 12 fruit related traits were summarized into three principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate was 71.99%.By analyzing the principal component of watermelon fruit,8 quantitative character indexes can be classified into 4 principal components,and their cumulative contribution rate is 83.78%.Based on the cluster analysis,the 154 watermelon breeding materials were divided into four groups in Euclidean distance 32.89 based on 14 biological characteristics.This study indicate that the fruit related traits in watermelon germplasms have rich diversity,it has important application value for watermelon variety identification,germplasm innovation and cross breeding parental selection.
