外引马铃薯品种丰产性与抗逆性的比较

Comparative test in yield and stress resistance of potato varieties from abroad

为筛选适宜定西种植的高产多抗广适优质马铃薯品种,以‘费乌瑞它’(‘Favorita’)为对照(CK),对10份外引马铃薯品种资源进行丰产性、抗旱性、抗病性比较试验,采用Duncan’s新复极差法进行多重性分析。结果表明,‘AGRICO-2’和‘AGRICO-9’等2个品种比其他品种和对照显著增产,平均1 hm^2产量分别为51782 kg和45995 kg,比对照分别增产32.37%和17.57%;抗旱性鉴定为高抗旱品种,抗旱指数分别为0.72和和0.78;对早疫病抗病性为抗病(R),病情指数分别为7.0和7.6。上述品种丰产性突出,抗旱性、抗病性强,综合表现好,具有较好的推广应用前景。

In order to screen the high-yield,multi-resistant,and extensively adaptable high-quality potato varieties which were suitable for cultivation in Dingxi,the yield,drought resistance and disease resistance of ten foreign potato varieties were studied in this research,’Favorita’was used as the control(CK),the multiplicity analysis was carried out by the Duncan’s new complex range method.The results showed that the yields of’AGRICO-2(’51782 kg·hm-2)and’AGRICO-9’(45995 kg·hm-2)were significant higher than other varieties and CK,which were increased by 32.37%and 17.57%compared with CK.These two varieties showed strong resistances to drought and potato early blight disease,and the drought-resistant indexes were 0.72 and 0.78,respectively the disease indexes were 7.0 and 7.6,respectively.This research revealed that’AGRICO-2’and’AGRICO-9’showed outstanding yield,strong drought resistance and disease resistance,good comprehensive performance and good prospects for promotion and application.
