图书馆创新与发展过程中易忽视的问题:浪费与能耗

图书馆采用先进的信息与通讯技术(ICTs)来装备图书馆,符合当今图书馆创新与发展趋势,也符合技术支撑服务的理念,但能耗也随之大幅增加,并且浪费现象严重,环境问题俨然已经成为我国图书馆发展必须重视的问题。为此,文章旨在探讨图书馆在创新和发展过程中存在的浪费现象严重与能源消耗增长现象,并分析了出现这一问题的原因,提出建设环境友好型空间、适当引进绿色IT技术、提升馆员环境素养和精细化管理数字设备等建议,从而降低运行和服务过程温室气体排放,使节能降耗引起图书馆的重视和关注。

There is growing concern that a variety of factors threaten the sustainability of libraries:rapidly changing technology,huge growth of library building and ICTs,no disposal and recycling solution of ICTs and so on.Climate change is an area ignorance,does not pay attention to energy use in the innovation and development,there is huge energy consumption and growing greenhouse gas generated in the library operation and service process,resulting in negative impact on the environment.This paper proposes this ignored problem in the rapid development process,analyzes the factors which cause the energy consumption of the library,including new library building,greatly increased ICTs in the library,poor environmental awareness and the current efficiency of facility and operations is wasted seriously.Natural resource depletion and adverse impacts of environmental degradation have caused great attention,thus reducing the ecological footprint of the library has become increasingly important.Appropriate measures need to be taken to curb the growing energy consumption and eliminate the wasteful use of resources in the library operations in order to make the library more environmentfriendly.12 refs.
