摘要 通过内外压裂管柱组合和压裂工艺研究,在优选冲管和筛管基础上提出了Ф177.8 mm套管大通径一次多层压裂工艺,并对压裂管柱沿程摩阻和管柱强度进行了分析。结果表明,所提出的Ф177.8 mm套管大通径一次多层压裂工艺沿程摩阻、冲蚀强度和抗拉强度均可满足渤海油田疏松砂岩多层压裂作业要求。目前Ф177.8 mm套管大通径一次多层压裂工艺已在渤海油田15口防砂作业井中取得成功应用,具有较好的推广应用价值。 Through the studies of internal/external fracturing pipe strings combination and fracturing technology,a large drift size multi-layer fracturing process for Ф177.8 mm casing was proposed on the basis of the properly selected wash pipe and screen,the frictional resistance along the fracturing string and the string strength have been analyzed.The results show that the frictional resistance,erosion strength and tensile strength of the proposed multi-layer fracturing process can meet the requirements of multi-layer fracturing operation in unconsolidated sandstone of Bohai oilfield.At present,this fracturing process has been successfully applied in 15 sand control wells of Bohai oilfield,and it presents good application value.
