摘要
多深度仓储系统是一种新型“货到人”的智能仓储系统,其多深度巷道可以最大化存储空间,采用多辆四向车可以大幅提升仓储系统吞吐量。为了避免四向车多车碰撞和死锁,提出一种基于道路定向的四向车调度策略,保证储货区的高效出入货。以某企业实际仓储冷库为例,基于所提调度策略对布局及四向车数量进行分析优化,具有较好的应用价值。
The multi-depth storage system is a new type of goods-to-man intelligent storage system,whose multi-depth passageway can maximize the storage space where use of multiple four-way shuttles can greatly increase the throughput of the storage system.In order to avoid collision and deadlock of the four-way shuttles,this paper proposes a four-way shuttle scheduling strategy based on road orientation to ensure efficient inbound and outbound operations in the storage space.Next,taking the cold storage warehouse of an enterprise as example,it uses the proposed strategy to optimize the layout and shuttle quantity of the warehouse.
