Application and Research of RFID Technology in Teaching of Chemicals Inbound and Outbound Operations

针对上海石化工业学校物流服务与管理(化工物流)专业已建成化工物流实训室,包括各类储存、搬运、监控、消防、扩音等真实设备,能够实现实训过程的可视化、产品的全程监管与可追溯的现状,结合化工物流专业教学及岗位现代化作业实际需求,创设真正适合学校化工物流专业教学使用的“RFID技术在化工物流产品出入库作业教学中的应用”的教学文件,针对RFID技术在化工产品的入库、出库、调库、盘库作业中的具体应用展开教学研究,实现全新化工物流实训室的有效使用。

In this paper,the chemical logistics training room newly built by the logistics service and management specialty of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy is introduced.Then,in combination with the actual needs of the teaching of the chemical logistics specialty and the modernized post operation,the teachware truly suitable for the teaching of the Application of RFID Technology in Teaching of Chemicals Inbound and Outbound Logistics Operations of the chemical logistics specialty of vocational chemical schools is developed and specific cases of the application of the RFID technology in the inbound,outbound,transfer,and stocktaking operations of chemical products are studied to demonstrate the effective use of the new chemical logistics training room.
