人工全膝关节置换术治疗老年膝关节病变合并膝外翻畸形的疗效分析

Effect of Total Knee Arthroplasty in Treatment of Senile Knee Diseases with Genu Valgus Deformity

目的分析人工全膝关节置换术治疗老年膝关节病变合并膝外翻畸形的疗效。方法选取2012年5月至2017年5月在大连市瓦房店第三医院接受治疗的老年膝关节病变合并膝外翻畸形患者33例,均采取人工全膝置换术,分析治疗效果。结果所有患者术后1年KSS临床及功能评分、膝关节活动度、生活质量评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05);所有患者术后股胫角、外翻角均显著低于术前(P<0.05)。术后1年内延迟愈合1例(3.03%),足背外侧麻木1例(3.03%),未见其他并发症。结论在人工全膝关节置换术治疗老年膝关节病变合并膝外翻畸形的疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee joint lesions combined with genu valgus deformity in the elderly.Methods A total of 33 cases of elderly patients with knee diseases combined with genu valgus deformity who received treatment in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2017 were selected,and all of them underwent artificial total knee replacement to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results KSS clinical and functional scores,knee joint activity and quality of life scores were significantly higher in all patients than those before operation(P<0.05).The femoral tibial angle and valgus angle of all patients were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05).One case(3.03%)had delayed healing and one case(3.03%)had numbness in the dorsum of the foot.Conclusion total knee replacement is effective in the treatment of valgus genu.
