分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症与脑梗塞患者脑出血的相关性

Analysis of Correlation between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome and Cerebral Hemorrhage in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)与脑梗塞患者脑出血的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州玛纳斯县玛纳斯县人民医院进行治疗OSAHS患者90例,按照患者症状的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组(45例,非OSAHS合并脑出血患者),观察组(45例,OSAHS合并脑出血患者)。分析结束后分别对两组患者的分析结果进行分析。结果观察组患者的昏迷情况较对照组患者严重,且患者的平均动脉压(MAP),血氧饱和度(SaO2),血细胞比容(HCT)以及纤维蛋白原(Fg)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并OSAHS脑梗死患者出现脑出血症状更容易,且患者的昏迷程度较为严重,各方面的指标皆较差,临床的治疗应该给予这方面疾病患者更强的重视和治疗。

Objective To study the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and cerebral hemorrhage in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety OSAHS patients were selected from Manas County People's Hospital,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2017 to January 2019.According to the different symptoms of patients,they were divided into control group and observation group,control group(45 cases,non-OSAHS patients with cerebral hemorrhage)and observation group(45 cases,OSAHS patients with cerebral hemorrhage).After the analysis,the analysis results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The data of two groups of patients showed that coma was more serious in the observation group than in the control group,and the data of mean arterial pressure(MAP),oxygen saturation(SaO2),hematocrit(HCT)and fibrinogen(Fg)were significantly different in the observation group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Righteousness.Conclusion Patients with OSAHS complicated with cerebral hemorrhage are more likely to suffer from cerebral hemorrhage,and the coma degree of patients is more serious,and the indicators in all aspects are poor.The patients with OSAHS complicated with cerebral hemorrhage should be given more attention and treatment in clinical treatment.
