尿道电切术联合放化疗治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果

Effect of Urethral Resection Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Myometrial Invasive Bladder Cancer

目的分析经尿道电切术联合放化疗治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌疗效。方法选取河北省第七人民医院2014年6月至2018年3月收治的150例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,分为对照组和实验组,各75例。所有患者接受经尿道电切术治疗,实验组患者加用放化疗。对比两组患者的生存质量评分以及治疗后的效果。结果治疗后,两组患者生存质量均有所改善,实验组患者改善度显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的复发率为5.33%,低于对照组患者(21.33%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯经尿道电切术来说,联合放化疗治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者效果更优。

Objective To analyze the effect of transurethral resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of invasive bladder cancer.Methods From June 2014 to March 2018,150 patients with muscular invasive bladder cancer were divided into control group(75 cases)and experimental group(75 cases).All patients were treated with transurethral resection,and patients in the experimental group were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The quality-of-life scores and post-treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the two groups improved,the improvement degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 5.33%,lower than that of the control group(21.33%).There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transurethral resection alone,combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy is more effective in the treatment of muscular invasive bladder cancer.
