金龙消癌丸联合多西他赛与顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

Effect of Jinlong Xiaokou Pill Combined with Docetaxel and Cisplatin in Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观金龙消癌丸联合多西他赛与顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选择3b–4期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者120例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组60例(多西他赛+顺铂),研究组60例(多西他赛+顺铂+金龙消癌丸)。比较两组的肿瘤标志物水平、生活质量、客观疗效及毒副作用。结果化疗1个周期后,两组患者毒性反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗两个周期后,研究组肿瘤标志物水平、生活质量、客观疗效评价均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金龙消癌丸无毒副作用,安全性好,辅助多西他赛+顺铂化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinlong Xiao Cancer Pill combined with docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with stage 3b-4 nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60).The levels of tumor markers,quality of life,objective curative effect and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 cycle of chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in toxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the levels of tumor markers,quality of life and objective efficacy in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinlongxiaocao pill has no side effect and safety,and it is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with docetaxel and cisplatin.
