药学干预在Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物中应用情况分析

Analysis of the Application of Pharmacy Intervention in Antibiotics for ClassⅠIncision Prevention in our Hospital

目的探讨药学干预在Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至12月泰州市第三人民医院收治的120例I类切口手术治疗的患者进行研究,依照随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组未给予药学干预,研究组给予药学干预,对两组预防性抗菌药物使用合理性及联合用药情况进行统计对比。结果研究组用药选择、用法用量、给药时间、适应证、禁忌证合理性均高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组单一用药比率高于对照组,联合用药比率低于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在I类切口手术治疗中使用预防性抗菌药物时,采用药学干预的实施可显著提高用药合理性。

Objective To explore the effect of pharmacy intervention on antibiotics for prevention of typeⅠincision.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent Class I incision surgery from January to December 2018 in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was not given pharmacy intervention,the study group was given pharmacy intervention,the rationality of the two groups of prophylactic antibiotics and the combination of drugs were statistically compared.Results The rationality of drug selection,dosage,time of administration,indications,and contraindications in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The single drug use rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the combined drug use rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When using prophylactic antibiotics in the treatment of type I incision,the implementation of pharmacy intervention can significantly improve the rationality of medication,which is worthy of further clinical research and implementation.
