连续性肾脏替代治疗重症感染相关急性肾损伤患者的效果

Effect of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy on Patients with Severe Infection-related Acute Kidney Injury

目的分析连续性肾脏替代的方案治疗重症感染相关急性肾损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年2月至2018年3月苏州永鼎医院ICU进行治疗的患者34例,根据就诊顺序分为两组,每组17例。对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组则为连续性肾脏替代的方案。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者在血肌酐、血钾、血尿素氮、血乳酸等指标的对比中结果均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组APACHE II得分(20.15±4.12)分,显著优于对照组的(31.22±6.30)分(P<0.05)。观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用连续性肾脏替代的方案对重症感染引起急性肾损伤患者的病情改善具有积极效用,能够改善肾功能指标、优化组织灌注。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous renal replacement in the treatment of acute renal injury associated with severe infection.Methods From February 2015 to March 2018,34 patients in ICU of Suzhou Yongding Hospital were divided into two groups,17 patients in each group.In the control group,routine treatment was adopted,while in the observation group,continuous renal replacement was adopted.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The results of blood creatinine,blood potassium,blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The score of APACHE II in the observation group(20.15±4.12)was significantly higher than that in the control group(31.22±6.30,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The scheme of continuous renal replacement has positive effect on the improvement of patients with acute renal injury caused by severe infection,and can improve renal function index and optimize tissue perfusion.
