卡列前素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Calyptol Tromethamine Injection in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察卡列前素氨丁三醇注射液对于产后出血产妇的临床救治效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月江苏省南京市六合区中医院妇产科收治的64例出血产后大出血疾病的患者作为研究对象,依据其临床治疗的方法不同将其分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者采用卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素进行产后出血治疗,试验组患者则采用卡列前素氨丁三醇注射液进行产后出血治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗疗效及用药反应。结果试验组患者的第三产程时间、产后24 h出血量、产后出血发生率、血红蛋白下降值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组用药后不良反应低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡列前素氨丁三醇注射液对于产后出血症状具有着较好的预防和治疗效果,对于缩短产妇第三产程、减少产妇产后不良反应也具有显著效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and specific operation of pre-calendar tromethamine injection for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,64 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to their clinical treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with carboprost methyl ester suppository combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage,while patients in the experimental group were treated with carboprost tromethamine injection for postpartum hemorrhage.The clinical effect and drug response of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The time of the third stage of labor,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the decrease of hemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine injection has a better prevention and treatment effect on postpartum hemorrhage symptoms,and also has a significant effect on shortening the third stage of labor and reducing the adverse reactions of postpartum women.
