利多卡因单用与联合罗哌卡因在局麻膝关节镜中临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Lidocaine Alone and Combined Ropivacaine in Local Anesthesia Knee Arthroscopy

目的比较在局麻膝关节镜手术中使用利多卡因联合罗哌卡因的复合麻醉药与单纯使用利多卡因的麻醉效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月东阳市横店文荣医院行局麻膝关节镜手术的40例住院患者,随机分为A组(利多卡因复合罗哌卡因组)和B组(利多卡因),术中记录手术开始时VAS疼痛评分,手术开始后15、30 min、1 h的VAS疼痛评分,术后3、6 h的VAS疼痛评分。结果单独利多卡因及利多卡因复合罗派卡因均能很好的满足简单的膝关节镜手术,但在部分手术时间长的病例中复合麻醉组疼痛评分比单独利多卡因组更低(P<0.05),术后早期疼痛上复合麻醉组疼痛评分也比单独利多卡因组低(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因与罗哌卡因复合麻醉药在局麻膝关节镜手术及术后中镇痛效果良好,作用时间长,术后镇痛好,优于单独利多卡因。

Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of lidocaine combined with ropivacaine combined with lidocaine in local anesthesia knee arthroscopic surgery.Methods From January 2017 to February 2019,40 patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery under local anesthesia in Hengdian Wenrong Hospital of Dongyang City were randomly divided into group A(lidocaine combined with ropivacaine group)and group B(lidocaine group).VAS pain scores were recorded at the beginning of operation.VAS pain scores were recorded 15,30 min and 1 hour after operation.VAS pain score at 3 h and 6 h after operation.Results Both anesthesia were excellent for simple knee arthroscopy,but in some cases with long operation time,the pain score of the combined anesthesia group was lower than that of the lidocaine alone group(P<0.05),the postoperative pain in the composite anesthesia group was also lower than that in the lidocaine group alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine and ropivacaine combined anesthetics have good analgesia in local anesthesia and postoperative analgesia,with long duration of action and good postoperative analgesia,which was better than lidocaine alone.
