恩度与化疗联合治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Endor Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Digestive Tract Tumors

目的观察恩度联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月至2018年5月吉林市中心医院接受治疗的患者240例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各120例。对照组采用表阿霉素联合奥沙利铂常规化疗,观察组予以恩度联合化疗。治疗结束后分别对两组患者的治疗结果进行分析。结果两组患者通过化疗病情均有好转,但观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩度与化疗联合治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效良好,能够改善患者的症状,减轻不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of endo combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumors.Methods A total of 240 patients treated in Jilin Central Hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were divided into control and observation groups,120 cases each.The control group was treated with epirubicin combined with oxaliplatin,and the observation group was treated with endo plus chemotherapy.After the treatment,the results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The patients in the two groups were all improved by chemotherapy,but the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endian combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced digestive tract tumors has good clinical efficacy,which can improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
