2016-2018年无锡市区无偿献血者血液非检验因素报废情况分析

Statistical Analysis of Non-detection-causes Discarded Blood in Wuxi Blood Station from 2016 to 2018

目的统计分析2016-2018年无锡市区无偿献血者血液非检验因素报废情况,探讨减少血液报废的有效措施。方法通过采供血管理系统收集2016年1月至2018年12月无锡市红十字中心血站非检验因素血液报废信息,并按原因进行分类分析。结果近3年本站共采集制备209233.3 U血液,报废24129.8 U全血及成分血,总报废率为11.53%。非检验因素报废血液量为18331.55 U,报废率为8.76%。3年报废率分别为9.70%、8.62%、8.00%,呈下降趋势,各年份间报废率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=129.601,P<0.05)。非检验因素造成的报废有脂血、不足量、破袋、溶血、过期等,其中脂血报废率最高,报废量为16971.75 U,占总报废血液量的70.34%。结论近3年本站非检验因素血液报废率呈下降趋势,但仍然较高。需要继续完善质量体系,严格按照操作规程操作,加强献血前沟通征询工作,加大无偿献血知识宣传力度,降低血液报废率,减少血液资源的浪费。

Objective To analyze the non-test factors of blood donors in Wuxi from 2016 to 2018 and to explore the effective measures to reduce the blood scrapping.Methods The data of blood discarding from 2016 to 2018 were collected,and classified them according to the different reasons.Results In the past 3 years,a total of 209233.3 U of blood products were prepared,of which,24129.8 U were discarded.The total discard rate was 11.53%.A total of 18331.55 U of blood were discarded owing to non-detection reasons,and the total discard rate was 8.76%.The rate of blood discard has been decreasing in the past three years,which were 9.70%,8.62%,8.00%respectively(χ^2=129.601,P<0.05).The non-detection reasons included lipemia,non-scalar,bag leakage,hemolysis,expired blood,etc.The most common cause of blood discard was lipemia,accounting for 70.34%with 16971.75 U of blood was discarded.Conclusion Although the rate of blood discard has been decreasing in the past three years,it is still high.Our station should continue to improve the quality system,strictly execute to the Standard Operating Procedures,strengthen the health consultation before blood donation and expand the publicity of blood donation knowledge to reduce blood waste.
