糖皮质激素及心理治疗在各型突发性耳聋治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effects of Glucocorticoids and Psychotherapy in Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的探讨糖皮质激素及心理治疗在各型突发性耳聋治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年1月航天中心医院各型突发性耳聋患者100例。随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施糖皮质激素治疗,观察组实施糖皮质激素+心理疗法治疗。比较两组各型突发性耳聋疗效,心理焦虑缓解的时间、听力改善的时间,治疗前后患者听力水平、炎症情况,以及安全性。结果观察组各型突发性耳聋疗效、心理焦虑缓解的时间、听力改善的时间、听力水平、炎症情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素+心理疗法治疗各型突发性耳聋效果确切,可获得理想效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of glucocorticoids and psychotherapy in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were selected from February to September 2017,and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases each.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoids+psychotherapy.The effects of sudden deafness in each group were compared,as well as the time of psychological anxiety relief,the time of hearing improvement;the hearing level and inflammation of patients before and after treatment;and safety.Results The efficacy of sudden deafness,the time of psychological anxiety relief,the time of hearing improvement,the hearing level and the inflammation were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The safety of the observation group and the control group were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid+psychotherapy is effective in treating all kinds of sudden deafness,and the ideal effect can be obtained.
