早期盆底康复治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果

Effect of Early Pelvic Base Rehabilitation on Postpartum Pelvic Base Dysfunction

目的观察产后实施早期盆底康复治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月河东区人民医院妇产科收治的100例产妇纳入研究,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例;其中对照组产妇给予常规产后康复护理方法,观察组在此基础上给予早期盆底康复治疗方法,比较两组干预效果。结果经积极干预后,观察组产妇肌力≥Ⅲ级比率明显高于对照组,产后并发症发生率则明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后总满意率为96.00%,显著高于对照组(76.00,P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠和分娩引起盆底功能障碍,通过早期盆底康复治疗,可有效促进盆底功能康复。

Objective To investigate the short-term effects of early pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods A total of 100 cases of maternal obstetrics admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Hedong District People's Hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation care.The observation group was given early pelvic floor on the basis of the control group.After rehabilitation treatment,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the ratio of muscle strength≥Ⅲ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of postpartum complications was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate after delivery in the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00,P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor dysfunction caused by pregnancy and childbirth can effectively promote the rehabilitation of pelvic floor function through early pelvic floor rehabilitation.
