微型锁定型钛钢板内固定在掌骨骨折中的应用效果

Application Effect of Mini Locking Titanium Plate in Metacarpal Fracture

目的观察微型锁定型钛钢板内固定在掌骨骨折中应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月在北京京煤集团总医院骨科接受治疗的掌骨骨折患者32例,患者入院后结合骨折情况制定微型锁定型钛钢板内固定治疗方案,记录患者的关节功能恢复情况、治疗过程中出现并发症的情况以及其对治疗工作的满意度,综合分析其应用效果。结果术后对患者开展为期6个月的随访,研究选取所观察患者中骨折均完全愈合,平均愈合时间(12.0±4.2周),TAFS评分显示术后6个月患者手部功能优良率93.75%。治疗总体满意率91%。结论掌骨骨折患者的治疗中应用微型锁定型钛钢板内固定治疗可以有效减少并发症的出现,对于患者的关节功能恢复具有重要作用,治疗效果优良率高。

Objective To observe the effect of micro-locking titanium plate internal fixation in metacarpal fracture.Methods A total of 32 cases of metacarpal fractures were treated in our hospital during the period from January 2016 to January 2018.After the patients were admitted to the hospital,a micro-locked titanium steel plate internal fixation treatment plan was formulated.Patients'recovery of joint function,complications during treatment,and their satisfaction with treatment work were recorded,and the application results were comprehensively analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months after operation.The observed cases were all completely healed,with an average healing time(12.0±4.2 weeks).The patient's hand function was evaluated for 6 months after surgery by TAFS score with good rate of 93.75.The overall satisfaction rate for treatment is 91%.Conclusion The treatment of metacarpal fracture with micro-locking titanium steel plate can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.It has an important role in the recovery of joint function,and the treatment effect is high.
