摘要
目的舌下特异性免疫疗法(sublingual immunotherapy,SLIT)治疗雪松花粉变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法收集2017年1月至4月在深圳市龙岗区耳鼻咽喉医院鼻科变应性鼻炎患者60例为研究对象,将60例变应性鼻炎患者分为SLIT组、皮下特异性免疫疗法(subcutaneous immunotherapy,SCIT)组和安慰剂组,应用雪松花粉标准提取物进行SLIT和SCIT,治疗持续2年。结果SLIT组和SCIT组治疗后血清特异性IgE(SIgE)与治疗前相较显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),安慰剂组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SLIT治疗雪松花粉变应性鼻炎疗效显著,为SLIT治疗雪松花粉变应性鼻炎提供新的理论依据。
Objective Therapeutic effect of SLIT on cedar pollen allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into SLIT group,SCIT group and placebo group.SLIT and SCIT were performed with standard cedar pollen extract for 2 years.Results Serum SIgE in SLIT group and SCIT group decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no difference between before and after treatment in placebo group(P>0.05).Conclusion SLIT treatment of cedar pollen allergic rhinitis has a significant effect,which provides a new theoretical basis for SLIT treatment of cedar pollen allergic rhinitis.
