黄连温胆汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床研究

Clinical Study of Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing Bean in Treatment of Insomnia with Syndrome of Internal Disturbance of Phlegm and Heat

目的探究黄连温胆汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床效果。方法选取痰热内扰型失眠患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。观察组采用黄连温胆汤配合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组予口服艾司唑仑片治疗,比较两组治疗前后疗效、中医症候积分、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(90.24%)显著高于对照组(70.73%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、睡眠质量积分均较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤加味联合耳穴压豆能有效治疗痰热内扰型失眠,改善中医证候及睡眠质量,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean in the treatment of insomnia caused by phlegm-heat and internal disturbance.Methods Eighty-two patients with insomnia due to internal disturbance of phlegm and heat were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with huanglian wendan decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean,and the control group was treated with oral eszolam tablets.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.24%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(70.73%,P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score and sleep quality score in the observation group were lower than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean can effectively treat internal disturbance insomnia caused by phlegm and heat,improve TCM syndromes and sleep quality,and reduce adverse reactions.
