西医联合藏医论坛疗法对中风后遗症的疗效分析

Effect of Western Medicine Combined With Tibetan Medicine Forum Therapy on Patients with Sequelae of Apoplexy

目的探讨西医联合藏医论坛疗法对中风后遗症的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月在青海省藏医院接受治疗的46例中风后遗症患者,每组23例,分别给予常规西医治疗和西医联合藏医论坛治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血液流变学、血脂变化及不良反应。结果两组总有效率及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血黏度高切、低切、甘油三酯、胆固醇均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论藏医论坛疗法联合常规西医治疗中风后遗症安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Western medicine(WM)combined with Tibetan medicine forum therapy(TMFT)in the treatment of patients with apoplexy sequelae.Methods 46 patients with apoplectic sequelae were divided into the control group and observation group,and treated with conventional WM and conventional WM plus TMFT,respectively,23 cases per group.The therapeutic effect,hemorheology and blood lipid levels before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rates and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity high shear and low shear,triglyceride and cholesterol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TMFT combined with conventional WM was effective and safe for patients with apoplectic sequelae.
