藻酸盐联合爱立敷薄片用于ICU患者重度失禁性皮炎的效果观察

Effect of Alginate Combined with Alginate Tablet on Severe Incontinence Dermatitis in Patients with ICU

目的观察藻酸盐联合爱立敷薄片治疗ICU患者重度失禁性皮炎的效果。方法选取南方科技大学医院重症监护室(ICU)2017年1月至2019年2月收治的重度失禁性皮炎患者40例,随机分成两组,实验组和对照组,每组各20例。实验组采用藻酸盐和爱立敷薄片,对照组采用3M保护膜和康维德造口护肤粉。对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组效果显著,平均愈合时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藻酸盐联合爱立敷薄片用于ICU患者重度失禁性皮炎效果显著,可有效缩短疗程,减轻患者痛苦,减少护理工作量。

Objective To observe the effect of alginate combined with Xeroxil tablet in the treatment of severe incontinence dermatitis in patients with ICU.Methods From January 2017 to February 2019,40 patients with severe incontinence dermatitis Were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).Alginate and Erica tablets were used in the experimental group.The control group was treated with 3M protective film and Convid skin care powder.Treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The average healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Alginate combined with Xerofoxil thin tablets in severe incontinence dermatitis of ICU patients has remarkable effect,which could shorten the course of treatment,lighten the pain of patients,and reduce the workload of nursing.
