体验式教学模式在麻醉临床带教中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的探讨体验式教学模式在麻醉临床带教中的应用效果和有效性。方法以2016-2018年度在温州医科大学附属苍南医院麻醉科实习的36位临床医学专业和全科医学专业实习生作为研究对象,采用随机硬币法将其分为:对照组(n=18,采用传统式教学),观察组(n=18,采用体验式教学),对比两组实习生最终的学习效果。结果观察组中实习生对理论和操作的考核分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生反馈体验式教学提高了其学习兴趣、分析和解决问题的能力和团队协助能力。结论体验式教学模式能提高麻醉科实习生临床综合能力,有利于提高带教质量,符合新的临床带教发展模式。 Objective To explore the application effect and effectiveness of experiential teaching mode in anesthesia clinical teaching.Methods Thirty-six clinical and general medical interns who were interned in the anesthesiology department of our hospital in 2016-2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=18,using traditional teaching)and the observation group(n=18,using experiential teaching).The final learning effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's feedback-experienced teaching improved the interest in learning,the ability to analyze and solve problems,and the ability of team assistance.Conclusion Experiential teaching mode can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of anesthesiology interns,which is conducive to improving the quality of teaching,and in line with the new clinical teaching development model.
